Here is a site that offers legal documents for most scenarios like Buying a house, letters of incorporation, reserving a corporation name, joint venture agreements, promissary notes and similar legal documents. I've found that most legal documents just need to look legal. Most of them have already been written and you just need to change a few things to adapt it to your circumstance. Some people have a talent for legalese so if you do and you can think of all the bases you wanted covered to amend to the doc. Everything is legal as long as they sign on the dotted line
